From catalogue to registration, without detours

Catalogue with all modules
Courses organised by topic, with description, learning objectives, dates, format and ECTS.
Build your programme in a few clicks
Prospective participants choose their modules and always see how far they have got, for example towards the ten courses required for a CAS.
Conflicts visible at once
If two courses overlap, the calendar marks the day in red. Registration is only possible once the plan works.
Advice and registration
An AI study advisor answers questions by text or voice. At the end, prospective participants register directly or request a callback.

Our approach

Five stages, one productive result.

Initial meeting.We show you the examples live and clarify goals, content and target group. 30 minutes, free of charge and without obligation.
Pilot plan.Scope, languages, design and schedule on one page, with a binding fixed price. No months-long specification.
Implementation.We set up the tool with your content and in your corporate design. You test early on a preview; one round of revisions is included.
Learnings.After launch, usage and feedback show what works and what is missing. This shapes the next expansion step.
Further development.We operate the tool in Switzerland, with maintenance and support. New content, languages and features are added continuously.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

How do our modules get into the configurator?

We transfer them during set-up from your existing documents, for example an Excel list. After that, you maintain courses and dates yourself in the admin area.

Does the configurator replace our registration system?

No, it complements it: it helps with the selection and collects registrations and callback requests. We look at a connection to your existing system in the pilot plan.

Where is the data stored?

The application and registrations are stored on a server in Switzerland. The voice mode of the study advisor runs via ElevenLabs in the USA; only the questions in the conversation are sent there, no registration data.

Which languages is the configurator available in?

The interface texts exist in German, French and English; the demo currently runs in German. We transfer course content in the languages in which you offer it.

Who owns course descriptions and registrations?

Course descriptions, images and registrations belong to you; we process the data only on your behalf. The software remains ours: you receive a right of use for the duration of operation, and we develop it continuously.
